Details of the Job/Internship
Partap Singh Law Chambers is hiring an Associate Advocate for a full-time on-site role in Panchkula. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting research, advising clients, representing them in courts and tribunals, and handling compliance matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Advise clients and represent them in courts and tribunals.
- Handle compliance matters and participate in due diligences.
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions.
- Maintain client relationships and stay updated with legal developments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Bar Council registration.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Experience in civil and criminal litigation.
- Knowledge of compliance and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client advisory and interaction skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in appearing before legal forums is a plus.
