Piyush Kumar & Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate Advocate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to Customs, Excise, Service Tax, and IPR. They will work closely with clients, conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in various legal forums.
Eligibility
- Legal Research and Analysis skills.
- Experience in handling litigations and legal matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client management and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Customs, Excise, Service Tax, and IPR laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
