Prout Solicitors LLP is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of 1 year to join their office in Kanpur.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and management.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
- Draft and review legal documents in both Hindi and English.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Experienced Associate Advocate: Minimum one year of proven experience in legal practice.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional drafting and communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential.
- Strong Legal Acumen: Ability to conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice.
- Drafting Expertise: Skilled in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and briefs, in both languages.
- Client-Centric Approach: Commitment to providing excellent client service and building strong client relationships.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
