Details of the Job/Internship

RISHABH GANDHI AND ADVOCATES is hiring for the position of Associate Advocate with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Replies, Statements of Claim/Defence, Counterclaims, etc.
• Prepare settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices, replies, and demand notices.
• Provide legal opinions, prepare case strategies, and conduct client meetings.
• Represent clients before Trial Courts, the Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial authorities.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with a valid license to practice in India.
• Strong understanding of procedural and substantive legal principles.
• Excellent drafting skills and proficiency in spoken & written English.
• Ability to analyze facts and apply laws with precision.
• Disciplined, committed, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience & skills)
