Details of the Job/Internship

Siddhant Advocates is hiring an Associate Advocate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Bhopal. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trial court, arbitration, civil, and commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research, both online and offline.
• Manage drafting work related to pleadings, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent clients effectively in court and manage case portfolios.
• Participate in online court hearings as required.
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.

Eligibility

• Qualified Advocate with at least 2 years of experience in litigation and arbitration.
• Strong command over English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
• Good understanding of trial court procedures and online hearing infrastructure.
