Details of the Job/Internship

S.S. Rana & Co. is hiring an Associate Advocate – Litigation IP with 1–3 years of experience to join their South Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft suit plaints, written statements, interim applications, and written submissions.
• Assist in commercial and IP litigation matters.
• Appear before district courts and the Delhi High Court.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal attorney teams handling multiple client matters.
• Travel to South Delhi courts as required.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM (3-year or 5-year degree).
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial litigation with knowledge of IP law.
• Prior court appearance experience in Delhi.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple assignments.

Salary/Stipend
