Area of Practice: Tax Litigation – Direct & Indirect Taxes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting Appeals before the Tribunals
- Drafting Writ Petitions and Writ Appeals before the Madras High Court
- Preparing Arguments for Appeals and Writ Petitions/Appeals
Eligibility
PQE: 0-3 years.
