Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Suits is hiring an Associate Advocate to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing consultations and advice to clients. The role includes assisting in court appearances, collaborating with legal professionals to develop strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in a dynamic legal environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Provide legal consultations and advice to clients.
• Assist in court appearances.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to develop legal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and enrolment with the Bar Council.
• Prior experience in corporate and/or litigation law is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of legal practices, regulations, and industry trends.
