Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Suits is hiring an Associate Advocate for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients before courts, and assisting in case preparation. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop legal strategies, providing legal advice to clients, supporting legal proceedings, and staying informed about changes in laws and regulations to ensure accurate legal counsel.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients before courts and other legal forums.
• Assist in preparation and management of cases.
• Collaborate with team members to formulate effective legal strategies.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments to ensure up-to-date legal guidance.

Eligibility

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Registration with the Bar Council of India.
• Proficiency in drafting, legal writing, and legal research.
• Sound knowledge of contract law, dispute resolution, and litigation processes.
• Experience with legal software and awareness of regulatory updates is advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional diligence.
