Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Suits is hiring an Associate Advocate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle cases related to Civil Laws, Consumer Protection Act, Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, RERA, NIA 138, and Domestic Violence.
• Draft legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings.
• Manage case files and legal research.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
•  Minimum [X years] of experience in handling civil and Consumer cases.
•  Proficiency in both English and Marathi (spoken and written).
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Civil Laws, Consumer Protection Act, Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, RERA, NIA 138, and Domestic Violence laws.
• Strong command of English and Marathi.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Salary/Stipend
