Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Suits is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate Advocate to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and assisting in the preparation of cases.
• The Associate Advocate will also collaborate with other team members to develop effective legal strategies, provide legal advice to clients, and support various legal proceedings.
• Other duties may involve keeping abreast of evolving legal regulations to ensure accurate and current counsel to clients.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in drafting, legal writing, and legal research.
• Sound knowledge of contract law, dispute resolution, and litigation processes.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written advocacy.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
• Bar Council of India registration and a Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with legal software and familiarity with regulatory updates are advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional diligence.

Salary/Stipend
