Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Suits is hiring an Associate Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their litigation team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before Consumer Fora, RERA, Civil and Criminal Courts.
• Draft legal pleadings, notices, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and advise clients.
• Coordinate with clients, clerks, and junior associates.
• Interns will participate in court visits, drafting, client meetings, research, and office operations.

Eligibility

• For Associate Advocate: Law graduate with a valid Sanad and minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• For Legal Interns: 4th or 5th year students (5-year course) or final year students (3-year course)

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
