Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Suits is hiring an Associate Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Andheri West, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before the High Court, Consumer Fora, RERA, and Civil and Criminal Courts.
- Draft legal pleadings, agreements, and notices.
- Conduct legal research and provide client advisory.
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, juniors, and clerks.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with a valid Sanad.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
- Strong command over English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with court procedures in Maharashtra.
