Details of the Job/Internship

The Office of Siddhartha Shankar Ray is hiring an Associate Advocate with 1–3 years of experience to join their litigation practice in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on diverse litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and written submissions.
• Appear before the Delhi High Court and other forums as required.
• Assist in preparing case strategies and managing case files.
• Handle central government litigation, including writs and service matters.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in litigation, preferably before the Delhi High Court.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• LLB or equivalent qualification.
