The Office of Siddhartha Shankar Ray, Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC), is hiring an Associate Advocate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their litigation team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and other documents.
- Assist in litigation before the Delhi High Court.
- Handle cases related to writ petitions, service matters, IPR, and general government litigation.
- Appear in court and coordinate with clients and officials.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 1–3 years of PQE.
- Strong understanding of litigation and legal drafting.
