Details of the Job/Internship
T.S. Gopalan & Co is looking to hire an Associate Advocate with 0–3 years of experience to join its office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before various courts and tribunals on behalf of corporate clients and PSUs.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on Labour, Banking, and Commercial laws.
- Draft legal pleadings, petitions, counters, and various commercial agreements.
- Assist in strategy development for Arbitration and Insolvency proceedings.
- Maintain professional ethics while interacting with clients and judicial officers.
- Manage case diaries and ensure timely filings and compliance with court procedures.
Eligibility
- Enrolled Advocate with 0–3 years of practice experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preference: Candidates residing within a 5 KM radius of T. Nagar, Chennai.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and legal excellence.
