Details of the Job/Internship

Tvamev Prime Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of 4+ years to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters before appropriate forums.
• Draft complex legal documents including statements of claim, statements of defence, writ petitions, PILs, and pleadings.
• Prepare and review GST, revenue, and constitutional writs.
• Draft complex shareholder agreements and commercial documents.
• Conduct legal assessments and advisory work.
• Advise on RBI and FEMA regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• Advocate with a minimum of 4+ years of experience.
• Proven expertise in litigation and complex legal drafting.
• Strong knowledge of constitutional, GST, revenue, corporate, RBI, and FEMA laws.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
