Vidhikarya Legal Services LLP is hiring Associate Advocate with the experience of 7 Year to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear in all litigation matters in courts/ tribunals/commissions in and around Kolkata.
• Handle corporate clients in their legal needs and provide the necessary legal support and services.
• Advise the clients with right remedy to them for their legal issues.

Eligibility

• Someone who has experience of litigation starting from filing a case to mentioning and moving the case in courts.
• Someone who is self-driven and passionate towards legal profession.
• Having good command over drafting and has excellent communication skills.
• Having good research skills.
• Confident to handle the matters singlehandedly.
• Has mastery in client dealing and handling.
