Details of the Job/Internship

Yeshu Mishra & Partners is hiring an Associate Advocate to join their office in Bengaluru South.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Represent clients in litigation and legal proceedings.
• Liaise with clients and provide legal guidance and opinions.
• Assist in dispute resolution and support senior advocates on complex cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and registration with the Bar Council.
• Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and providing legal opinions.
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and client representation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines.
• Prior work experience in a similar role in a law firm is an advantage.
