The Firm specializes in advising and representing large foreign and domestic corporations with diverse business interests in India. The Firm has been set up for providing corporate, and commercial legal advisory services by lawyers with rich experience in their respective fields of practice. Primarily, the Firm assists Indian companies in fundraising (private), inorganic expansion, and growth through M&A, Corporate restructuring, insolvency, contract, and compliance management and assists foreign companies in setting up or doing business in India, undertaking cross-border transactions and works with foreign law firms in advising their clients for Indian laws

Alpha Partners is hiring Associate Advocates with 2 to 3 years of experience to join the office in Noida.

• No of Positions: 2.

Eligibility

• Corporate transactions (M&A, PE/VC, JV's) due diligence of companies, FEMA. Law firm experience only. 
• Post-qualification experience of 2 to 3 years.

Salary/Stipend
