Empower India is hiring an Associate Analyst – Compliance with 2–3 years of experience in the financial domain to join their team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review various data sets and conduct non-discrimination testing.
• Generate Form 5500s and assist in plan audits.
• Stay updated on compliance regulations through self-learning.
• Meet operational standards and SLAs.
• Adapt to new processes and implement changes as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Law degree preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in the financial domain; knowledge of the US retirement industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
