Details of the Job/Internship
Infosys BPM is hiring for the position of Associate Analyst with 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, redlining, reviewing, and execution.
- Handle contract abstraction and summarization for internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, procurement, and subcontracting agreements.
- Provide support in M&A transactions and deal advisory.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and legal principles across jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, abstraction, and summarization.
- Exposure to M&A, subcontracting, procurement contracts, and deal advisory will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and MS Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, contract law principles across geographies, and global best practices.
