Kamal Gupta & Co. is hiring for the position of Associate and Junior Associates with experience of 0-4 years to join their Vasant Vihar, New Delhi office. No. of position at their office is 03. 

Role and Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions with precision and clarity, assisting in case preparation, attending court hearings, client meetings, and arbitration proceedings, managing court filings, deadlines and compliance with procedural requirements, working closely with seniors on complex litigation strategies Ideal Candidate

Eligibility

1. 0-4 years of PQE in litigation;
2. Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills;
3. Strong command over written and spoken English;
4. Keen interest and long-term focus on a career in litigation;
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently;

Salary/Stipend

Deserving and meritorious candidates with requisite experience start at ₹4.8 lakhs per annum onwards.
