Details of the Job/Internship
Anhad Law is hiring for Associate and Senior Associate roles with experience of 1–5 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear in court for hearings and various legal proceedings.
- Conduct exhaustive and in-depth legal research to support case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other substantive legal documents.
- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders and provide updates on case progress.
- Advise on comprehensive legal strategies for complex dispute matters.
- Maintain a balance between active court appearances and office-based research or drafting.
- Handle court work and manage related procedural documentation effectively.
Eligibility
- Associate: 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Senior Associate: 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
- Mandatory membership in the Bar Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures, including prior experience in drafting and court appearances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
