Details of the Job/Internship

RMA Legal (Advocate and Solicitors) is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 2–5 years of experience in Capital Markets and Corporate-M&A.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling Capital Markets transactions including IPOs (Mainboard and SME), QIPs, and Rights Issues.
• Conducting legal due diligence and finalising due diligence reports.
• Drafting definitive agreements and issuing legal opinions.

Eligibility

• PQE: 2 to 5 years in Capital Markets and Corporate-M&A. Experience in Capital Markets transactions including IPOs (Mainboard and SME), QIPs, and Rights Issues.
• M&A-related experience including conducting legal due diligence, finalising DD reports, drafting of definitive agreements, and issuance of legal opinions.

Salary/Stipend
