Details of the Job/Internship

PSL Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Arbitration & IBC practice at the Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in arbitration and insolvency litigation before various forums, including NCLT, NCLAT, and High Courts.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, replies, and research notes on arbitration and IBC-related issues.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on commercial and procedural laws.
• Coordinate with senior associates, counsels, and clients for case management and strategy.
• Support partners in preparing briefs and submissions for hearings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, or insolvency matters.
• Strong understanding of commercial laws and IBC framework.
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple assignments.
