Details of the Job/Internship

Sinha & Company is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of experience in Arbitration & Litigation to join their Kolkata office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Appear and argue cases before courts and arbitration forums.
• Engage with clients and counsel effectively.
• Manage e-filing, cause list, and technology tools for case tracking.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years’ hands-on experience in arbitration and litigation.
• Familiarity with Calcutta High Court procedures.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
