Details of the Job/Internship
Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring a Associate Attorney-Real Estate and Litigation with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Legal research, advice and represent firm in real estate litigation.
- Prepare and file legal documents.
- Client interaction and provide legal counsel.
- Travel to Aurangabad, Satara and Mumbai for client representations.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in real estate transactions and litigation.
- Proficiency in English and ability to understand Marathi documents.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
