Details of the Job/Internship

Cyber Law Firm is hiring an Associate Attorney (Remote & Part-Time, with Full-Time potential) with 2–3 years of U.S.-based litigation experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters related to cybercrime and technology law.
• Manage cases including online harassment, privacy violations, deepfakes, AI harm, defamation, cyberstalking, and intellectual property enforcement.
• Provide legal advice and advocacy for clients in digital-age legal issues.
• Collaborate remotely with the legal team on case strategy and documentation.

Eligibility

• Must be U.S.-based and licensed to practice law (NYC-based preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of U.S.-based litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of cyber law, technology law, and digital privacy matters.

Salary/Stipend
