Details of the Job/Internship
Integreon is hiring an Associate Attorney (Associate L1) with 1–4 years of experience to join their team, covering the Pacific Coast time zone (8 am to 5 pm).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate contracts using various contract management and productivity tools.
- Manage timelines and maintain personal records of completed work.
- Train team members on processes, including contract review and management.
- Contribute to and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs in terms of timelines and quality.
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Perform quality control based on project guidelines and client instructions.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility and collaborate with a global team.
Eligibility
- Attorney or Legal Degree with 1–4 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, review, and drafting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience in contract review projects, preferably in a managed service environment.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
- Ability to understand complex contractual language, identify client risks, and suggest mitigations according to the client’s playbook.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Quick learner, adaptable to process changes.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with discipline and minimal supervision.
- Responsible for compliance with ISO standards and maintaining confidentiality.
