Details of the Job/Internship
Integreon is hiring an Associate Attorney (L1) with 1–4 years of experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and review to join its remote global team supporting US operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- Manage timelines and maintain personal work records.
- Train team members on contract review and management processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs (timelines, quality).
- Perform quality control, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc project support.
- Collaborate with a global team and adapt to process changes.
Eligibility
- Attorney or Legal Degree with 1–4 years’ experience in contract negotiation, administration, review, and drafting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience in contract review projects (managed services preferred).
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and contract management tools.
- Ability to work independently, with discipline, adaptability, and confidentiality.
