Details of the Job/Internship
Integreon is hiring an Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to provide contract drafting and negotiation services. The role involves handling a wide range of contracts, including M&A (buy-side and sell-side), data protection/privacy, service agreements, procurement contracts, terms and conditions, purchase orders, and NDAs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
- Work within contract management systems and client environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Attend stakeholder and team meetings.
- Provide guidance based on company legal policies and processes.
- Independently manage workload, priorities, and deadlines.
- Perform other assigned tasks and prepare reports as required.
Eligibility
- J.D. from an accredited law school (mandatory).
- Bar admission to any state (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in contract negotiation with strong drafting skills.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and client service orientation.
