Silver Miller is hiring an Associate Attorney to manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. The role involves developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. The firm offers full-time and part-time opportunities, including fully remote roles, with training provided and no prior experience required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
• Develop agreements, negotiate contracts, and set claims.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings.
• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
• Maintain and build client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.

Eligibility

• License to practise law in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong legal knowledge and writing skills.
