Details of the Job/Internship

Thapar Legal is hiring an Associate Attorney with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings.
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in negotiations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions.
• Handle matters across civil, criminal, matrimonial, labour, and property law.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with Bar Council of India certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in litigation or corporate advisory.
• Strong legal knowledge and litigation experience.
• Good research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
