Details of the Job/Internship

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring Associate – Banking & Finance (Project Finance) with experience of 1–2 years and 3–4 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Project Finance transactions for a variety of clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate comprehensive financing documentation.
• Conduct detailed legal due diligence for banking and finance mandates.
• Provide transaction advisory services to support project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery on legal assignments.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with an LL.B. degree.
• PQE Level 1: 1–2 years of experience in Banking & Finance.
• PQE Level 2: 3–4 years of experience in Banking & Finance.
• Demonstrated strong exposure to Project Finance transactions.
• Proven expertise in financing documentation and transaction advisory work.

Salary/Stipend
