Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Associate - Banking and Finance with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting of financing and security documents pertaining to project finance, infrastructure finance,real estate finance and corporate finance.
• Analysis of legal compliance for financing transactions.
• Providing strategic advisory to clients and deal structuring assistance.
• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Client handling and management.
• Legal research and knowledge management.

Eligibility

• Years of experience: 1 -3 years.
• Minimum qualification: LLB.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
