Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring for the following positions:
- Field: Banking & Real estate
- Qualification: BBA + LLB/LLB/LLM/PhD (Law).
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Candidate should know how to read and write in Tamil)
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of Loan and other legal documents.
- Conducting Title Investigation & Search Reports.
- Providing Legal Opinion and Search Reports.
- Drafting scrutinizing & vetting various legal documents.
- Coordinating with clients and Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Visiting Banks and NBFCS for vetting of legal documents & legal audit;
- Advising private banks and providing legal opinion.
- Drafting and reviewing loan-related agreements and conducting legal reviews.
- Advising, assisting and drafting agreements.
- Assisting foreign banks in taking security in India and for completion of RBI compliances.
- Preparing legal opinions on various banking law-related matters.
- Conducting due diligence.
- Conducting title searches of properties for security creation by the banks.
- Negotiating on the terms of the lease/leave & license.
- Assisting clients in calculation of stamp duty and registration fees and registering agreements, at the sub-registrar office.
