IndiaLaw LLP is hiring an Associate-Banking & Finance with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of financing and security documents about project finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance, and corporate finance.
- Analysis of legal compliance for financing transactions.
- Providing strategic advisory to clients and deal structuring. assistance.
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
- Client handling and management.
- Legal research and knowledge management.
Eligibility
- Years of experience: 3-5 years.
- Minimum qualification: LLB.
