Pant & Co is hiring for the position of Associate Business Consultant to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored management consulting solutions.
• Conduct market and practice-area assessments to uncover new business prospects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to diagnose challenges and recommend actionable strategies.
• Prepare and present financial models, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in streamlining internal processes and enhancing decision-making systems.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in consulting, legal operations, or law firm environments is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
