Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring Associate-Civil and Criminal Litigation with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Advising and formulating legal strategies for litigation.
• Handling court proceedings and appearances before the court, tribunals, etc.
• Drafting of pleadings, notices, etc.
• Attending client meetings.
• Briefing external counsel meetings.
• Legal research and knowledge management.

 

Eligibility

• Years of experience: 2-3 years.
• Minimum qualification: LLB.

Salary/Stipend
