Details of the Job/Internship
White & Brief – Advocates and Solicitors is hiring an Associate – Civil Litigation & Arbitration with 2–3 years of PQE to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Handle end-to-end civil litigation and arbitration matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, affidavits, notices, applications, and arbitration claims or responses.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies and legal opinions.
- Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and regulatory or enforcement authorities.
- Manage hearings, filings, procedural compliance, and case progress.
- Visit police stations and liaise with law enforcement authorities when required.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and team collaboration.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation and arbitration.
