Alba Law Offices is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting MSAs, consultancy, IP, employment, JV, and supply agreements.
- Providing compliance advisory under the Contract Act, DPDP Act, IT Act, and labour laws.
- Handling real estate documentation, due diligence, and title review.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of experience in a law firm.
- Experience in commercial contracts, real estate transactions, and regulatory advisory.
- Immediate joining is required.
