Details of the Job/Internship
Naik Naik & Company - Advocates is hiring for the position of Associate (Commercial Litigation/Arbitration) having a PQE of 3+ Years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The candidate should know civil, commercial, and banking laws such as IBC, NI Act, FEMA, etc.
- Knowledge of drafting notices, suits, commercial contracts, and agreements for civil and commercial disputes.
- Should be able to appear and represent before various courts and tribunals.
- Ability to assist the seniors in various cases and conduct depth research on matters related to Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, etc.
