Nextyn is hiring an Associate - Compliance & Legal (Expert Network) with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Nextyn is seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Associate to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in compliance within the expert network industry. This role is crucial in ensuring that both Nextyn and its clients are protected from the sharing of MNPI.

Role and Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement:

1. Monitor consultations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
2. Enforce non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality policies with experts and clients.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Policy Development and Implementation:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
2. Update and maintain compliance documentation to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes.

• Training and Support:

1. Provide training and support to internal teams and external experts on compliance requirements.
2. Conduct onboarding sessions for new experts, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality and compliance.

• Incident Management:

1. Investigate potential breaches of compliance and take appropriate action.
2. Report incidents to senior management and recommend corrective measures.

• Regulatory Awareness:

1. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance trends.
2. Ensure Nextyn's practices are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration:

1. Work closely with legal, operations, and client service teams to address compliance-related issues.
2. Coordinate with external legal advisors as needed.

• Legal and Contracts:

1. Draft, review, and manage contracts, including NDAs and other legal agreements with experts and clients.
2. Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
3. Provide legal support and advice to internal teams on compliance and contract-related matters.
4. Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and contracts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in compliance within the expert network industry.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and MNPI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
