Role and Responsibilities
- Handle construction arbitration, domestic and international arbitration, and commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies.
- Lead and support client communications and case management.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Eligibility
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Significant experience in construction arbitration, domestic and international arbitration, and high-stakes commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
