Pant & Co. is hiring for the position of Associate Consultant to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.
- Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and business solutions.
- Support the implementation of systems, processes, and tools for law firm clients.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in data interpretation and market insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
- Understanding of the legal industry and law firm operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
