Details of the Job/Internship

Samarthan Consulting Group is hiring an Associate Consultant with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Assam. Candidates must be open to extensive travel. Travel and accommodation will be provided by the company.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate campaign activities and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data from ground operations.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Build relationships with community leaders, volunteers, and influencers.
• Support the planning and execution of events and outreach initiatives.
• Conceptualize and implement high-impact campaigns.
• Draft work plans and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on political dynamics.
• Provide insights to shape campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align central directives with execution.
• Oversee daily operations and documentation of campaign activities.
• Manage reporting and administrative tasks efficiently.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premier institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Exposure to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, data analysis, and AI tools.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Language proficiency: English, Assamese/Bengali, Hindi (preferred).
• Must have a personal laptop and two-wheeler.

Salary/Stipend
