Details of the Job/Internship

Factor is hiring an Associate, Contract Management II with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join their remote team in India.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial, IP/IT, staffing, licensing, and service contracts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client delivery commitments.
Manage and update contract data on client systems.
Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and tools.
Continuously improve service quality and add value for clients.

Eligibility

Law degree and/or legally qualified.
Minimum 3 years of commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience in a law firm, in-house team, or legal services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (especially Word).
Experience with matter management systems.
Must be legally eligible to work in India.
