Aviation Indeed is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist – Ground Operations with 3–5 years of experience to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with departmental goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple operational sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to extract insights from data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities in data collection and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, safety, and IT, to align analytics initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and teamwork within and across departments.
- Undertake additional assigned responsibilities or projects as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Law Degree (BA-LLB/BBA-LLB/LLM).
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in aviation or ground operations.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of aviation operations, ground handling procedures, and airport systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
