Details of the Job/Internship

K&G Techlaw Partners is hiring an Associate – Contracts & Corporate Laws with 1–2 years of experience to join their Delhi NCR/Remote office. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting with corporate advisory and compliance, supporting due diligence in M&A and investment transactions, and conducting legal research.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor/employment contracts.
• Assist with corporate advisory, compliance, and governance matters.
• Support due diligence and documentation in M&A and investment transactions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare notes and opinions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years PQE with corporate law firm experience.
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
